A Special Morning?
What could be more interesting than a field trip for your core? Surprised? lolx.. We never had this before either. Tutorial was replaced by a trip down to Tuas Incineration Plant and Tuas Marine transfer Station. The place is HUGE!!! and FULL of Rubbish. Amazed by the amount of waste tat we have generated, and how much money we have wasted in trying to handle them. Thanks lots Singapore has a wonderful Waste Management System, if not, we might even be buried live under those rubbish. Pretty amazing infrastructure and equipment, they made use of the concept of lower pressure, and contained the smell of these junks, thus it din smell abit when we were there. Me an my girls were so 'high' lolx.. Had abit of fun among ourselves there la.. hee.. Here are some of the pics we took. Enjoy~

Next, we had to proceed to the transfer station, but the previous group hasn't finished when we reached there, so Prof told us to look at the sea. lolx.. My dear Peiling had me doing funny poses, I tink she did them much better than me la.. =P

After hich we were caled upon by Prof to go in for the tour le. Nothing much at the transfer station, basically, it helps to reduce the cost of transferring the trash over to Semakau Landfill It's far out in the sea, tat's why you can see us taking the photos there.. hee..
So, let me remind all my frens here, try to reduce waste la, cos in a few years time, when he landfill is full, we would have to fork out more than thousand of millions to create a new land to dump our rubbish. Tink the money can be spend more wisely la, like giving it to us as bonus. Haha.. Tiring day, dining with daddy tmr.
When can we go Kbox again? =)
